Ingredients
8 Hard boiled eggs
4 Medium size potatoes
1 Cup Bread crumbs
2 TSP Black pepper
Small bunch of fresh cilantro
2 Eggs white
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Step By Step Instructions
Cut the boiled eggs into two pieces (length wise).
And now mix mashed potatoes with black paper and salt.
Cover the eggs with potatoes mixture
Dip it in the egg white
Roll it in bread crumbs and fry till golden brown.
Note: you can also add boiled chicken, instead of mashed potatoes.
Serve with ketchup.
You can always tweak this recipe to your taste.
