Try OFFICE COMPUTER on the third ring (3er anillo interno) just off the corner of Avenida Alemania. 341-8189 or 341-8340.

Another option is the FERIA DE LA COMPUTACIÓN which is on Avenida Brazil - every taxi knows it - it's a huge building - inside there are like 100 different computer sellers. They've got like, everything and its the cheapest place in town.
