Obtaining a tourist visa to Bolivia

According to http://migracion.gob.bo, the Bolivian Government's Immigration website, citizens of Bangladesh are in the Group 2 visa group (there are 3 visa groups). It says:

Para ingresar a Bolivia en calidad de turista, deberá solicitar la extensión de la Visa de Turista Consular ante la Representación Diplomática o Consular correspondiente.

En caso que éstas no existieren en el lugar de residencia del solicitante, la Visa de Turista Consular podrá ser otorgada en la Representación Diplomática o Consular más cercana a su domicilio o residencia habitual.

TRANSLATION:
In order to enter Bolivia as a tourist, you must request a tourist visa from the corresponding Bolivian consulate or diplomatic representation (in your country).

If there is not one in your country, you can use the closest consulate to you in another country.

The Bolivian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website has a list of consulates of Bolivia in other countries on this page:

Click on CONSULADOS and pick a country from the drop-down menu to find the consulate nearest to you.

This information is for TOURIST visas only. If you plan to move to Bolivia for residency and/or work, you need to request a different visa called the 'visa de objeto determinado'.
