Bolivia visa on arrival how many days for Nepali ciziten?

I would like to visit bolivia and understand visa on arrivial is available at la paz airport. How many days are issued. I read the cost is 100-150$ is that correct? do i need to present any documents at the airport? Return ticket, bank statement etc? I would like to purchase the return flight later perhaps flying from a different south amerian country. Will this be a problem at the airport? Thank you for your help.
