MY GRANDMOTHER WAS A NATIVE BOLIVIAN. SHE USED TO MAKE ROUND 4 INCH SWEET BREAD(ABOUT AN INCH THICK). THE BREAD KIND OF HAD A PEELING LAYER EFFECT TO THEM. THIS BREAD TASTED SLIGHTLY SWEET. IT DID NOT HAVE ANY FILLER OR CHEESE IN THEM. I'M TRYING TO FIND THE NAME AND RECEIPE OF THIS BREAD. SHE USED TO CALL THEM TORTILLAS. I LIVE IN TEXAS AND DOWN HERE OUR TORTILLAS ARE NOT THE SAME. TORTILLA TO ME IS THE CLASSIC MEXICAN FLAT BREAD THATS FOUND EVERYWHERE TO INCLUDE TACO BELL. YOUR HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. I ATTACHED A PICTURE TO THE CLOSEST THING I COULD FIND TO RESEMBLE IT. JUST NOT AS TOASTED AS THE PICTURE.
