Can you recommend places to stay in Cochabamba, Bolivia?

Hi I'm going to cocha for two nights and would like to stay in the centre, anyone know of any good midrange hotels? Also any suggestion for things to do and make the best of the one day and two nights I have there.

Cochabamba

I was there in May and stayed at the Hotel Ideal on Espana and thought it very welcoming, clean and central - and good value. 160 Bobs for single occupancy of large double ensuite room. Hot water, thick towels and plentiful and interesting breakfast. Staff were very helpful about storing luggage.
I went to Arani on market day (Thu)- a lovely hour drive in a trufi or micro. A really authentic non touristy market. THere is also market day at Cliza (Sun) and at Punata (Tue). Transport goes from Av Republica abd Manuripi - it took me a while to find - just keep asking.
There are some good restaurants in Cochabamba - I had some lovely food in a French restaurant, Cafe Paris - also on Espana. Lots of night life - just follow the music.
