Can you tell me more about internet connection in Bolivia?

If I go to Bolivia for 3 weeks will I be able to connect to the internet (with a LAN Line) and access American websites?

Internet cafes are everywhere. Free wireless is widely available. If you want a dedicated LAN line or a dedicated telephone line that is going to be a lot of work and too much work for a three week trip. Probably better for you to use wireless and program your computer with the latest antivirus and privacy protection. Unless you are using your computer for banking or financial transactions you probably have little to worry about.
