Confused aabout rental prices in Santa Cruz!!

Hi - I am getting mixed messages on how much it costs to rent out a fairly basic, centrally located, two bedroom apartment in Santa Cruz on a short-term (6 month) let.

On average it seems that USD 500 per month is the figure - do you guys agree?

Just simple, small, in a dirty, not so safe-area, yes.
