Does anyone have a recipe for Bolivian ajiaco soup?

I am a Canadian who often goes to Bolivia on vacation. When I can get it, my favourite meal is Bolivian Ajiaco soup. Can someone please send me the recipe for that soup. Bolivian Ajiaco soup is quite different from soup by the same name made in other Andean countries.
