Dual passport holder query

I have dual citizenship. I understand that Australian does not require visitor visa to enter Bolivia. So should I assume that that I can enter Bolivia with my Australian passport, after leaving from North Chile border town with my Hong Kong SAR passport? That is to say, the Bolivia immigration officer will not have problem to find that my last town entry and exit is on another passport.
