You'll need: 2 cups green apple, diced 1 cup celery, chopped (discard the leaves) 1 teaspoon lemon juice Mayonnaise, as needed
How to prepare: Combine the celery and apple in a bowl, add lemon (a bit of salt can be added, but isn’t necessary) and the mayonnaise as dressing. Serve cold.
This salad is also one of the easiest to prepare, but isn’t pretty common in Bolivian dishes. Apparently, it’s a local version of the Waldorf salad.
