How do I look for a long term rental in Bolivia?

Hello, Totally new to this forum. We are looking to possibly retire to Bolivia in particular in the city of Cochabamba, The city looks awesome. We would try to rent a house or apartment just outside the center to have a bit of quiet. I am having really hard time finding any websites where i can look for properties for rent. Is anyone has a few sites i could look at? Also, I am Italian and my wife American, We both are living in US right now but ready to get out of here. Are there any issues obtaining a long stay visa?
