I want to move latin america

My brother and i want to move to bolivia somewhere super green quite friendly small town living old school getting around a fire pit bbqing some good food and enjoying the neighbors kinda town. Im 35 my brother 34 like to fish and hunt so a area with ponds and lakes would be great and we love the mountains and vallys like i said small town living. Any suggestions?
