Initial move to Bolivia and luggage restrictions?

i have five of these and they'd be perfect if only....

With American airlines there is an embargo on anything square and plastic (like the awesome sterlite plastic footlockers that I just bought five of--with wheels and handles and able to be strapped and locked...) from mid november until mid January. If I can get other people to bring them in March, do any of you know if OB (bolivian airline) will allow them from Miami to Santa cruz and what about the short flight from Santa Cruz to Coch?? Also is there any RELIABLE way to ship my goods from US to Cochabamba??
