JOB DESCRIPTION
The Pastry-Chef is responsible for the preparation of pastries, cookies, cakes, etc. The pastry-chef creates products of consistently high quality. They must be able to work using their own equipment, environment, and ingredients. They must be able to work without direct supervision and create the products ordered by the café owner in a timely manner. The pastry-chef will be paid per item baked. The pastry-chef is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions at all times.

JOB REQUIRMENTS
• Must be able to work every day.
• Must be reliable.
• Must be able to work to meet deadlines.
• Ability to deliver products to the café is desirable, but not exclusory.
