Living in Cochabamba for a year and would like to meet other expats

Hi! My husband and I just moved from the U.S. to Cochabamba in August and are living in Chilimarca, a zone of Tiquipaya for the next year. We would love to know how to meet other people in the Cochabamba area. Are there any recommended social clubs, or gathering places, or any ways to meet other expats in the area?
