I am looking for Clestino Villarroel originally from Santa Cruz, Bolivia. He would be about 45 years old today. I lived with the Villarroels in 1978. I cant seem to get anywhere from Here.

The other thing is: I am Looking to replace a patch I had of Bolivia. It is a travel Patch you iron on your jacket. Bolivia flag patch is easy. I want one that Says a place I have been, for example Santa Cruz, or Cochabamba or El Alto Lake Titi cacha (spelling?)

Gustavo villaroel is the correct name. Celestine was his father.

If you had his second (maternal) last name it might be easier. Villarroel is a really common last name in Bolivia and most people in Bolivia use both last names.
