Looking for accommodation, pref homestay!

Hi all! Great website, very informative! I'm in Cochabamba at the moment but moving to Santa Cruz for 4.5 months in a week and looking for a central homestay accommodation or a flat for about $100, definitely no more than $200. My boyfriend is also visiting from August until October so it would have to be a location that accommodates both. Does anyone know of such places or where one might normally find homestays?
