I knew him since 1960

He was my best friend and lucky to have shared 50 years of my life. He was the person that gave me a chance to study at st. george HS in evanston. then at de paul university in chicago. I was at his home in Las Piedras, shared together for 10 years.

I just stumbled upon this website again. It's very nicely done. I happen to read some of the comments and I saw the headline for Padre Ramon Cowell. It's soo sad to read this. He baptised me in Santa Cruz and also was a good friend of my father's. It's so sad to find out how he passed. QEPD Padre Ramon.

Padre Ramon was found in a ditch with blunt trauma to the head. He was taken to a hospital where he died. He was buried in his beloved Bolivia according to his last wishes.
