Looking for short term property rental (furnished ) in Santa Cruz

My husband and I are planning on moving to Bolivia at the beginning of December and need to rent a place for one month in Santa Cruz while we process our application for residency.

We are looking for a fully furnished place, minimum 1 bedroom with air con. Not sure about budget, maximum $550...is this a realistic price?

We would like to have a place arranged before we arrive in Santa Cruz...is this possible? Any suggestions where to look on the internet/who we can contact?
