Missing Person in Yacuiba Area

I am looking for a friend who lives in a clay brick ruin in Yacuiba. He is of slim build has long hair and a moustache like Che Guevara. He was known as Don Leopoldo, his name was Steven Cherval but I believe he may have changed his name.

My name is Graham Trow, I lived with him in Sydons House about 16 years ago when he left London for Bolivia. He is a very skilled carpenter, he speaks good English, German and Spanish. Any information leading to contact with him would be greatly appreciated as I have promised to visit him before he dies.
