Need a real estate agent to help us sell our house in Bolivia

Hello, I am also trying to sell my house, not in Santa Cruz but Saavedra a quiet small town just on from Montero. We have been let down a couple times and are now really desperate to sell.
I can't find a good estate agent, anyone got any good ideas? We really need to sell even for a knock down price.
