Need Information on the Baroque Music Festival in Bolivia

I would like to attend the Baroque Festival this year (April/May). I have been unable to find the programme - does anyone know if it has been published yet? Has anyone any tips for buying tickets, finding accomodation etc. I have travelled in Bolivia before and have 'good enough' Spanish.

Hi Carol! Here is the website for this year's festival, which will begin on 26 April: http://festivalesapac.com/convocatoria.htm. I imagine the website will be updated with more information as the festival gets closer, but if you have specific inquiries that aren't addressed here, you can email the Asociación Pro Arte y Cultura, the Bolivian NGO that founded and still runs the festival, at info@festivalesapac.com.
