Protests and Availability of Transportation Sucre -Potosi-Tupiza?

I have just managed to secure a plane ticket to Sucre for later this month. Now I am hearing about road blocks for social protests. Is this somthing I should be worried about 17 days from my departure to Sucre?

Unrest

Everything is so fluid so no point wasting energy worrying now. Travel by plane is the least likely to be affected so a good chance you will be fine.
