Searching for a person in Santa Cruz

I was in Bolivia during 1997-78 and met an incredible women. I'm searching for assistance in locating her. Her name is Ingrid Tellez. Her family is from the Beni and I met her in Lapaz but now I believe she lives in Santa Cruz. I know she was married in Lapaz an has two daughters and now believe she is now remarried. I also recall she had a small clothing retail shop. I'm looking to reconnect. Any assistance is appreciated.
