Shopping for specifics in Santa Cruz

Hi - my partner and I are building a house in the countryside near Sucre. We are coming to SC next week (week beginning 14th) to look for a supplier of wooden roof beams in their original condition, ie not milled. we will also be looking for high end shower fittings, window blinds and a dishwasher (they do not exist in Sucre). Any help with pointing us in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
