According to Google the altitude is approximately 8300 feet

That altitude would be true for Totora, but the city Of Cochabamba proper is more like 3000 ft, no issues with altitude acclimation

It could be just me....but I live at sea level and I noticed no noticeable effects of Cochabomba's altitude. Have fun!
