Cosmo Cafe just opened doors. Sayda Quispe is the owner and cook of this restaurant almost in front of the Town Hall on the Plaza 25 de Mayo Nr. 58. Breakfast, "almuerzo" lunch every day and dinner a la carte. Through the big windows you have a direct view on the Central Plaza and there is the fastest WiFi in town!
