Validity of Bolivian Tourist Visa after issuing at any Bolivian Consulate?

Can anybody tell me the validity of Bolivian Tourist Visa after issuing it at any Bolivian Consulate? I mean if my tourist visa get issued on 15/01/2013 then which date should be last date to enter Bolivia?

I am NOT completely certain, but I believe Bolivia visas issued by consulates overseas are valid for 21 days and you are supposed to travel within 21 days of issuance. Why don't you ask at the consulate who issued the visa?
