Vegetarian homestay in Cochabamba?

Hi there, I'm a fellow SBIer (www.greenhearted.org) living in British Columbia, Canada. My husband and I want to attend the People's Climate Change Conference in Cochabamba this April 17 to 23, and we're wondering what the chances are of finding a local vegetarian family to stay with (to learn more about Bolivia and its people while we're there).
