What did the Bolivian police and military uniforms look like in 2003?

I am doing a project on Bolivia and this site has helped me so much. I am trying to find out about Beni in particular but there are two very specific questions I can't seem to track down anywhere on the web and would be so grateful if someone could help with this!!

The first is the exact uniform of the police in Beni department, including officers, like captain.
The second is the exact uniform for a colonel in the army in Beni, but also their dress formal uniforms, as well as battle, which I know is different.

I think that these changed recently and I would like to know what they used to be. Thank you!
