Where can I take cooking classes in Santa Cruz?

Hi all, I wrote the question below about painting classes, and with all the help, we thought we'd ask about cooking classes too. Anyone know of any cooking classes offered in the Santa Cruz area?

(We have a lot of goals for the year, and we have the time, so we want to learn lots of things!)

La Cocina de Ines is top notch

La Cocina de Ines (owned by Inés España) is probably the top cooking school in Santa Cruz. She used to have a cooking show on TV and also owns a restaurant near the stadium called "I". Her classes are given in modules. She is really, really excellent. When she had her TV show my 6-year old son wouldn't miss it a single day :)

Numerous options for cooking classes

There is a cooking school in Equipetrol right on the corner of San Martin and Calle 7 Oeste (I think it's 7, it might be 8). I don't remember the name. It's an orange one-story building with huge windows. You can see the cooking classes taking place from the street, it's really cool.

You can also call Infocal. Infocal has cooking classes every month with different themes and is super inexpensive. You can take baking, cake decorating, and cooking. The cooking classes are usually in themes. For example, one month they offer vegetarian, the next month something else, etc. Here are the current courses being offered:

Several foreign friends have taken classes there and loved it! MOST OF THE COURSES BEGIN TOMORROW!!!!

In the mornings on Bolivian local TV stations there are some rather interesting cooking classes as well - usually between 10 and 12 a.m.
